CONDITIONS OF AUCTION
- R20 000 refundable deposit, original ID book and proof of residence to register to bid in the auction.
- Commission of 10% plus VAT paid by the buyer on the fall of the hammer.
- 5% deposit by EFT on the fall of the hammer and balance due within 30 days after confirmation.
- The rules of auction and a copy of the consumer protection act can be obtained from our office.
- Confirmation on fall of hammer.
